Karin is a highly accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in the nonprofit industry, including a remarkable stretch of 15 years as an Executive Director. She graduated with honors from the University of Alberta with a BA degree in Psychology. Karin’s prowess as a Chartered Mediator is widely recognized in the industry, and she is frequently sought after by organizations struggling with internal conflicts.
In 2022, Karin obtained her certification in Business and Professional Coaching, which further solidified her position as a go-to expert for leaders seeking guidance in navigating their professional challenges and advancing their careers. Her expertise in training leaders spans over 18 years, and her signature training series, called the GREAT LEADER, has consistently garnered high praise from over 5000 leaders who have benefited from it.
