The Great Leader Training series comprises four courses designed for new and up-and-coming leaders or anyone who wants a refresher. Each course is 15 hours and can be taken individually or as a group. They include:

1. The Confident Leader is an introduction to leadership covering communication skills, leadership styles, decision-making, and teamwork.

2. The Competent Leader addresses management skills required for leadership success. This includes staff management, stress management, time management, and change management.

 
3. The Collaborative Leader focuses on conflict and the skills needed to have or guide a healthy conversation using the interest-based conflict resolution model.
 
4. The Leader as Coach concept acknowledges the shift from management to coaching in the workplace. The idea is to encourage staff to take ownership of their behaviours and success rather than simply telling them what to do. By adopting a coaching approach, a leader can engage their staff to learn and grow professionally, resulting in staff who are more accountable, motivated, and invested in their work.
